Patriot Industrial Partners recently conducted a rapid Operational Due-Diligence and Integration Assessment with a Private Equity firm looking to acquire a multi-site aerospace company. The objectives were as follows: 

• Review and analyze key business metrics from management presentation, site visits, and a comprehensive collection of documents in the data room 

• Engage with leadership team to understand current capabilities and opportunities supported by site visits and data room analysis 

• Produce a comprehensive operational and value creation roadmap with detailed initiatives for maximum profitability 

• Provide client with risk assessment, SWOT, financial analysis, and detailed acquisition synergies as identified by the client 

 

The goal and outcome of this engagement was a complete overview of identified operational synergies and a value creation plan for the potential acquisition with significant EBITDA upside potential.
