Patriot Industrial Partners is excited that Ken Groah has joined the team as a Senior Consultant for Performance Improvement.

With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Ken is a highly skilled Aircraft Assembly Manager, Supervisor, and Lead Mechanic, specializing in the Aerospace & Defense sector. He began his career with the US Navy before advancing to Boeing, where he played a pivotal role in the 747 and 767 commercial aircraft programs.

 

Ken’s deep expertise in assembly operations, quality control, and production optimization has consistently driven success. At Boeing, he held leadership positions guiding teams across multiple sections of both aircraft programs, ensuring top-tier performance, strict adherence to deadlines, and exceptional operational quality. With his expertise, Ken will make an impact in delivering top-tier results to Patriot's clients.
