Sam Marnick Joins the Team

Patriot Industrial Partners is excited that Sam Marnick has joined the team as a Strategic Advisor.

Sam brings nearly 20 years' experience in functional and P&L leadership positions, retiring from Spirit AeroSystems in 2023 as the COO & President of the Commercial business producing aerostructures for large commercial aircraft with over 12,000 employees across 9 global locations. As COO, she had global corporate responsibility for operational metrics, make-buy-where, supply chain, logistics, facilities footprint; and advanced manufacturing. She led accelerated cost control measures alongside operational improvements. Over her tenure at Spirit, she worked on global acquisitions, greenfield start-ups, JVs, divestitures and plant shutdowns. Additionally, she worked on numerous complex negotiations, organic strategies and beneficial global partnerships.  Sam’s career spans the UK, Europe, US and Asia. Prior to Spirit she worked in consulting gaining significant experience in all aspects of corporate communication, project management and human capital strategies across multiple countries and industries. She has built diverse leadership teams, recruited domain experts, developed succession and organizational realignments.
